1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BeautyOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BeautyOS is a SaaS platform that provides beauty business management tools including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Client relationship management (CRM)
• Staff management and commission tracking
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Inventory management
• Marketing automation
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use BeautyOS, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

BeautyOS offers a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to select a subscription plan to continue using the Platform.

4.2 Subscription Plans

BeautyOS offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance of the subscription period. We accept various payment methods including M-Pesa, credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. BeautyOS processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use BeautyOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others using the Platform
• Resell or redistribute the Platform without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

BeautyOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeautyOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

BeautyOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
